  Jerry Baker

  Vice President of Sales and Marketing

  Jerry began his career in the wine industry in 1975. He has sold wine to retail stores and restaurants as well as distributor management. In 1993 he became Sales & Marketing manager for Chateau Montelena. He has since been with Trefethen, Grgich Hills and White Oak before joining Ladera. He lives in Calistoga with his wife and son where he enjoys cooking as a hobby.

  Nicole Duncan

  Director of Sales and Marketing

  Nicole Duncan began her career in wine by working in sales for a California based distributor. As one of their leading sales people, she was eventually put in charge of accounts for all of Northern California. Looking for a change and wanting to work with her family, Nicole moved to Ladera Vineyards in 2002, which coincided with the winery's need for additional sales management. In addition to her sales and marketing efforts for Ladera, Nicole also serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Pillow Rd. She is also Pat and Anne's eldest daughter and a vibrant spokesperson for both brands.

  Daniel Stotesbery

  National Sales

  As a young boy, Daniel spent hours with his father, Pat, organizing the wine cellar, learning about different varietals, regions and vintages. The summer before starting college, Dan spent his days working in Ladera's vineyards learning about irrigation and planting some of the vines. After graduating from DePauw University, Dan worked at the Chicago Board of Trade trading soybean futures. In April 2006, his passion for wine and the desire to work with his family led him back to Ladera Vineyards and now Pillow Rd. When not on the road working with top accounts, Dan can most often be found in the vineyards with his father.
